A. HISTORY

DAVIDSON HOTEL AND RESTAURANT started its humble beginnings on November 1999 as an economy class lodging house with seven standard sized rooms and one conference hall. With the increasing demand in hotelier services in Kalinga Province, the management under Mrs. Thelma Bayle Ng and Mr. David Leung Ng prompted to implement a 7-year midterm plan to increase its accommodation capacity. After the said upgrade, Davidson Hotel has now   63 standard rooms, seven conference halls, a restaurant, coffee shop, swimming pool and printing press.

Our hotel has further advanced in the field of events management this year, as we have improved its logistical capability by investing on professional audio and lightning equipment. Davidson Hotel has been proud sponsor and event organizer of the Miss kalinga 2013 Beauty pageant. And lastly, to add in our list of innovations, our hotel in partnership with different tour operators in the country like the Palawan based Mistah Travel and Tour packages to both local and foreign tourists.

On April 2, 2014 Davidson Hotel and Restaurant operating as a single proprietorship as duly incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) bearing SEC Registration No. CS-201406911 and with TIN 008-752-742-000. Davidson Hotel and Restaurant is already known as Kingsquare Davidson Hotel and Restaurant Corporation.

At the moment, the management opted to develop a 6-story structure due to the rising demand for rooms. The hotel is open 24 hours a day and has extremely reasonable rates where you can unwind.
